We come out to you free of charge. A site visit will be organised to view the area needing works so we can completely assess all requirements required for works. We try to get all quotations returned as quickly as possible. We try to cover all bases of the work scope so some quotations can take longer than others. 

We can give an approximate timeline generally when quoting the work scope being requested. Obviously during the winter months this can cause some delays in some processes, but generally we try to stick to the timeline provided at time of quotation.

We can source all the materials required for all work, and our quotations will include all the materials required to complete the work requested. We work with you on the final finish of the work to ensure only the materials that give the best results are used. We even have our own workshop for all wood turning and milling requirements, we work to customise your job to the expectations.
